We recently visited Fleisherei Bistro for their Sunday buffet, which is priced at an affordable R180 per adult. The spread looked amazing and definitely worth it, but in the end, we decided to order from the regular menu instead; and we were not disappointed! The food was great, with a large variety of options to choose from. Everything we ordered came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The meat, especially, stood out — perfectly cooked, juicy, and tender. We tried the nachos and a sausage mix to start, followed by burgers. Every dish hit the spot. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into their meals. Portion sizes are generous, and by the time we were done, we were far too full to even think about dessert — which just gives us an excuse to return! The atmosphere is lively, and it does get quite busy, especially over weekends, so a bit of patience might be needed during peak times. However, our experience was smooth all around. Our waiter was attentive, friendly, and checked in often to make sure everything was in order. Fleisherei Bistro offers great value, hearty portions, and a warm, welcoming dining experience. Whether you’re going for the Sunday buffet or ordering off the menu, you’re guaranteed a satisfying meal. It’s a lovely spot for families, friends, or even a relaxed lunch out. We’ll definitely be back — next time, we’re saving space for dessert!

Was running some errands Centurion side today and needed a bite to eat. Google offered two options near me. One turned out to be serving food to go only, so Fleisherei Bistro it was. Tucked away in a office slash business park environment not you everyday spot. Attached to the Butchery and Deli is a medium sized restaurant with typical steak house vibe. Not huge meat eaters, we decided to order the Fillet Special 250g for R99 with one side, and a sauce fot R15. Melt in the mouth, best steak I have had in years and then some. The special is available in three options 250g R99, 350g R129 and 500g R169 I wanted to check the duration of the special, Amanda our server offered to take my number and call me when the manager returned. He happened to arrive and Amanda confirmed that the special runs until 31 January... All protocols followed and Amanda our server was fantastic... Done side I thought the manager a bit disinterested, but he may have had pressing matters at hand.

We went to Fleisherei Bistro for a birthday breakfast. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The tables are nice and spacious, but it was slightly hot outside even though under a roof. (But remember it was a HOT day) My biggest complaint remains the time it takes for drinks to arrive after being ordered. This goes for MOST restaurants. Why does it take so long? The food however came in an acceptable time frame. I ordered the farmer's delight breakfast which is seared oxliver with onions and mushrooms in a brown gravy sauce and rye bread. I asked the ox-liver to be well done and the rye not to be toasted. However, the rye came toasted and the liver was rare. So my food did not come as ordered, but it was still very delicious! My GF had the Berry Baroque flapjacks and it looked and tasted fantastic. Despite the long time for drinks to arrive, all in all the visit was enjoyable and tasty. Fleisherei Bistro is recommended.

This was our first time at Fleisherei Bistro, and here was our experience. I made an online booking earlier in the week, and this was fine, our names were on the booking list. We went to sit down, these were very uncomfortable seats, those material chairs where it feels you sit on the floor and the table is throat height, so we changed the chairs immediately. The waitress never asked, so we sat there for about 10 minutes without a menu, she assumed we came for the buffet, I ordered a choc milkshake, now people, when I say this was wihtout a doubt the most tasteless choc shake I've had in my whole life, it was off white, not even brown, and tasted like milk and ice cream, that was it, it was very bad tasting, money I did not spend well... We then ordered off the menu, their menu prices are very good in comparison. Quite affordable, when last did one see fillet under R200, so I ordered that, medium done of course... It is now 45 minutes later, our drinks finished, the neighbours next to us already came and left, and still no food, eventually, when the food arrived, well my folks ordered ribs, still I had to ask to bring finger bowls, this was never thought of by the establishment, I had to ask twice for the water I ordered too. My fillet....this is hurting so much...Look, if I wanted a black pepper ridden piece of meat, I will do this on my own, I will ask for a pepper sauce, but it had SO MUCH grounded fine black pepper, one could not taste the meat, only mouths full of pepper with each bite, and it was raw, very very raw, like way underdone raw.....I took it home to rinse it off and cook it a bit more. The chips, well, it's the same chips you get at a fat cake city type place, nothing to report there, wasn't great, wasn't terrible. The amount of food per plate is good, one do get proper value for money, my piece of fillet was huge, the amount of ribs my folks ordered were ample, I cannot fault them here. The ribs were also very good, nice sweet and salty ribs, very tasty. All in all I will give it a 3 star throughout. Yes, we will go there again, but this time we will have the buffet instead, there was a very nice spread of food that...

What a Bad Experience!!!

Myself and my family whent to this establishment to purchase some groceries, at 1st I was pleased with the layout of the establishment and the packaging of the items, after we where done picking all the required items we whent to the pay station...

The cashier scanned all the goods and we where requested to pay for the goods the card reader said approved and the transaction went trough successfully also cleared my bank! after this the card reader was out of paper and the cashier said she will replace the paper and provide the slip there shortly, she then atempted a reprint from the wrong card machine, I briefly assisted her and said it was the green one not the gray one she then performed a settle/cashout on the card reader and then when that was done a reprint???

So for those that dont know a settle/cashout clears the transaction history and after this when you perform a reprint there will be no transactions...

she then said that the transaction was unsuccessful and that we need to pay again, I argued with her and she refused to give my purchased goods!!

I asked to speek to somone in charge and she simply rellied that she was the manager and that the funds would revers.

I went to the bank after this and the bank also confirmed that the transaction was successfully and that it will not revers they suggested that I need to despute it with the company that charged me!

This was daylight robery at its best!! and I will never recommend this store to anyone.

Person that assisted me was Lungile sureley something needs to...
