KFC Grey Owl Village — Restaurant in Gauteng

This place seem to have untrained people,on the 8th Jan 2021 I bought lunch for two and it took me 30 minutes to receive my order because they gave a motorbike my order and said he was in hurry and I hd to wait,when I took my receipt to login for complain one lady saw me and came straight to me to apologize and I accepted her apology then continued to wait,she further took my receipt saying I must not be able to complain using the number

On the 12th Jan 2021 around 9am I went to buy breakkie combo menu for two and I paid extra R30 because there is too much clever people there,when I asked I was told to go back and look at the menu which I did but the menu that was on my receipt did not find,I called the manager and he told them it's wrong to overcharge the customer for their own benefits

They gave me back my R30

So if this is happening twice in a raw and with seven days it means many a robbed every day

I am not happy with...

On 12 November they claimed my purchase didn't go through from my savings account which was strange as there was sufficient funds. I then opted to pay again using a different from a different bank. To my surprise both my banks confirmed that KFC, Greyowl collected funds from both banks for one purchase. I personally visited them to request for a refund and the manager requested that I email statements from both banks following which I would be refunded. To date he has never bothered to respond to my emails despite numerous follow-ups. I've now escalated the matter to KFC complaints department and awaiting feedback. I've recently learned from my neighbor that he's also had such an experience with them and have since stopped purchasing from the franchise. It is such an exhausting exercise to reach them on the phone....I've never seen such poor and horrific...

I don't know why I even bother.... Went Sunday 20h35 to buy 1x Street Wise 3 with chips and 1 x SW 5 with large chips.... At that time of night I should have known I was about to be disappointed, as meals came out in less then a minute, Then I was told by counter " No Catch-up, sorry " Sorry..... Then I want discount... She looked at me as if I was crazy, then disappeared, without a word, to return a minute later with full unopened box of tomato sauce sachets. Getting home meat was dry and tough, except for a thigh and drumstick. Chips same, but what is interesting is that the regular chips of the 3piece and large of 5 PC were same amount, only the packaging change.. Very disappointed, as previously experience was similar, but earlier in evening, and stuff attuned...
