The waitrons always welcome me with smiles and friendliness. Today was no different except the service was subpar. I was disappointed in the lady who served me; I didn’t even bother to learn her name.

I ordered some water and the glass came without a straw. I specifically told her I didn’t want onion rings yet my plate was filled with them. I had to remind her that I had ordered a sauce. She was very stingy with cutlery — the only set she supplied was the standard fork and knife. However, my meal came with hot veggies and sauces, and my previous experience with Spur made me expect her to provide spoons for such. Both the crockery and cutlery looked unclean. I could go on and on.

Returned again for a Sunday Lunch 13 May 2018 and see all prices has gone up a lot. Different waiters than before. Our waiter had no front teeth... Spoils my appetite already. 200g steak OK but not matured and tough. Very noisy and irritating music. Other meal Chicken wings OK, but someone poured a lot of salt on it before serving??? NOT GOOD THUS TIME. LACK OF MANAGEMENT IT SEAMS.

OLDER POST BELOW Asked waiter for a Fillet steak without spices. He suggested that basting be served separately in bowl. PERFECT!! REALLY GREAT AND ATTENTIVE SERVICE. Also asked for well done steak and chips... It was done perfectly... Just as asked. Better than any SPUR around here in Centurion!! Highly recommended . Also great window seating and music...
