Very bad service. Staff may be friendly but that does not help when it takes almost 40 min for a poached egg. Whatever you do.... Be prepared to wait for anything you order. Also... The quantity of food in most diahes is the barwst minimum. When you order a Balanced Breakfast, you assume when it says ..Beef sausage that you will get a decent and whole sausage, not 4 teeny tiny slices of a cocktail sausage. 1 slice of very dry, burnt and cold toast. The tablespoon of mushrooms were hard dry and cold. This is not once off... Its happened numerous times and with a variety of dishes. And if you complain..... You will wait even longer. They have no customer skills..ie... Give the customer a decent answer when you querry as to when will you be getting your food. Communication is zero. Food is also extremely expensive for what you get. Definitely zero value...

I’ve been meaning to update this review for a while, but everything tends to get in the way of a thought when you’ve got ADHD.

Anyway, on the 18th of the 6th I received a call from the area manager (I think) asking me about my experience and letting me know that they re-trained the staff on the smoothies?!????

Well, I’m here to report that they make a mean salted caramel smoothie! I think the kids say “bussin” nowadays.

Anywhoo, it got better and it’s stayed that way. 5 stars across the board.

They can’t consistently make a good smoothie. More often than not i ask for it to be remade.

Update 11/7/24: went again and I basically got a tasteless cover of a Tyla song instead of a salted caramel....

I ordered a prince wrap and a smoothie via Uber Kauai Bedfordview end of 2019, and there was no slip attached to it. The order arrived without the drink, and when I began eating the wrap, it wasn't even a prince wrap - it had chicken in it and was boring. Uber only refunded me for the drink because I only realised after I complained and started eating my wrap, that it was also the wrong wrap.

Today, I ordered a mexican bean wrap and asked for additional chicken. Again arrived with NO slip attached to identify the order, and it had ZERO chicken! Although Uber has refunded me, I am very annoyed with the lack of attention your staff pay to Uber orders. They clearly just don't care. I will never order from this...
