It was our first time here and most certainly the last, the children’s play area had dirty tissues and papers scattered around. The jungle gym was filthy and couldn’t believe how dirty kids got after a few jumps. The service was shocking. Waitress was either new or not happy to be there but she didn’t know anything about the food when asked. She did try her best but it didn’t help the atmosphere. The food was very very disappointing. Butter chicken was ok. The lamb was mostly bones and gravy. There was no labels to say what food it is. The waiter helped when I asked but how inconvenient to keep asking what things are. The plates are all chipped underneath and had hair on some of them. The dessert was bad. The sooji was dry and tasteless. I’m not mentioning the starters on the buffet because literally everything was over deep fried and tough to chew. This was our wedding anniversary dinner and it was such a let down, my husband was so embarrassed by the food and service after he wanted to celebrate somewhere he thought was special and new. We won’t go back again. Perhaps management should not worry so much about lights outside and rather about client service and food quality. Sitting on a couch playing games on the phone as guests leave is a poor reflection to add to the bad food...

Read moreWe have been die hard fans of the New Delhi, North Indian Restaurant for a while now. I always get the mutton tikka masala mild (lamb, cooked in a tomato and onion sauce along with an array of vibrant spices) and my partner has tried the mutton Vindaloo, Biryani, Korma and Madras and his favourite is the Korma (lamb cooked in a creamy cashew sauce). Both meals come with a generous serving of rice in these cute round tupperwares. I actually keep them and use them! We get the poppadums, garlic naan and butter naan to pair with the meals. We get our order as a takeaway as we enjoy being home with our animals in the evenings but the restaurant looks so inviting and we will soon give the dining experience a chance. The staff are extremely friendly and when they take your order over the phone, it’s done with great etiquette and kindness. We will continue to support and recommend this lovely restaurant that offers delicious, melt in your mouth curries and...
