KFC Atterbury Road — Restaurant in Gauteng

Extremely disappointed in my purchase at the KFC Atterbury. I purchased a wrapsta and when I opened it up it was the smallest wrap ever. It didn’t look appealing at all. Even if someone paid me to eat it I would not eat it. Now don’t get me wrong we all obviously know you’re not going to get exactly what the picture shows, but this was terrible. A piece of chicken that didn’t even fill the wrap it was basically just an eating a wrap without anything in it. My mom then told me to go back and sort it out. We drove back to sort it out and was told that it is a mini wrap. If it’s a mini wrap it should be under the snacks section on the menu and it should state that it is a mini wrap. I mean what I got was not gonna keep me full until my next meal. The lady manager after going back and forth finally gave our money back and suggested I take the boxmaster as it is way bigger so that’s what we did. Now same thing the picture is deceiving as in the picture it shows this crunchy piece of chicken (like the chicken that is in a crunch burger) and when I took a look it was not crunchy at all and not much bigger that the wrap. Will never waste my time at KFC again. Just wish POPEYES had stayed open as it was a guarantee that your wrap is filled with filling and chicken and it was totally worth the money. KFC is ripping off their customers by providing smaller portion sizes not worth the value.

I should have just kept my refund and went and bought food somewhere else instead of taking the boxmaster. As the boxmaster was definitely worth it or any better

The drive-through staff is completely unprofessional under normal circumstances but today was the worst. The service is slow which defeats the purpose of having a drive through which is to purchase food on the go.

The lady at the first window was busy chatting to a friend who was parked in the drive-through way past taking his order. They eventually finished exchanging numbers as there was a transfer of a cellphone from the driver to the salesperson while we waited in the que for over 5 minutes as they continued their pleasantries. I eventually hooted to ask to be let out the drive-through and for them to continue their chat in the parking lot out of respect for our time as this was just before 8am in the morning at which point we just need to grab breakfast enroute to work. Absolute appalling service. Masello was the cashier and I asked her the options of the streetwise because the menu was not working inside the shop. The menu outside at the drivethru is so limited, all we could see was box meals. How are we supposed to order without knowing all out options. She kept on shouting 2,3 and 5 piece. I remember KFC had other streetwise options with zinger wings. All I wanted to know was the options of the streetwise meals, not to get shouted at and being treated rudely. Unfortunately my boyfriend still ordered food for him and I ended up not ordering anything, because why should I make rude people rich?
