Wimpy Faerie Glen — Restaurant in Gauteng

Unfortunately the cooking standards and food quality at this Wimpy have detoriorated drastically over the past year. The kitchen staff just dont know how to cook and dont make the Wimpy cut - take them back for training!!! The manager seems to be clueless!!! No quality control and serving food that is off! The only thing still going for this place is the waiters and waitresses who provide excellent services. I wish they could find work elsewhere as their efforts are wasted at this branch. As someone who works remotely and often have to pop into a Wimpy in-between meetings, I have to say this is the best Wimpy I've been to in a long time. The staff are friendly, professional and quick. They help another another, the manager Elizabeth encourages the team in a warm and friendly manner. Ashanti was on point for the 2 hours I was there for.

I've been visiting this Wimpy for years and it has always been a pleasure. Friendly and effective service (some really long term staff members, unlike other places), always clean, and the food is served quickly.
