Drive-thru: If you want to stand in a relatively short queue and wait for along time, this is the place for you. Today they blame it on the speedpoint. You can change your building by upgrading its looks but it will not change your staff's attitude.
We used to buy here on a regular basis. We decided to buy somewhere else when we were in this very same queue when we saw staff sitting outside and some walking outside while we are waiting for service. Excuse: they were understaffed. We thought we will give this KFC another try....
The chips was cold when we received it from the service window. The food portions are small. The chicken wrap is getting smaller and smaller. The box wrapping is very deceiving as it looks big but is only about half the size. The wrap was not even filled up completely. What am I paying for? Whilst ordering at the front desk the cashier was helpful but the reason for this terrible review is out of the corner of my eye where I can see the burgers been made, I spotted someone making burgers without "gloves" on, I stood and watched this for almost 10min of pure unhygienic practice. I wanted to film it and show your manager but couldn't and my colleague asked me not to. No sanitizer used, cross contamination of surfaces to tools, food and equipment which was gross. We recieved our order and proceeded to leave the place. Mind you the place was busy for a lunch time. Read moreI am beyond disappointed with the service I received from KFC today. I placed an order, only to receive the wrong meal. As if that wasn’t bad enough, when I reached out for assistance, it became clear that no one even knew what I had originally ordered. Instead of a swift resolution, I had to practically beg for an apology, which is completely unacceptable.
My lunch break is now over, and I have still not received the correct order. This is an absolute failure in customer service. I regularly order from KFC Kempton Park CBD and have never had such an issue before. Today’s experience has made me seriously reconsider ever ordering from KFC again.
