I just had the pleasure of experiencing Maharaj Indian Restaurant, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The buffet special they offered exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped in, the service was impeccable, and the pricing for the quality of food was more than reasonable. They were out of stock of my choice drink but I atleast got my second option.

The star of the show for me was undeniably their naan bread—simply out of this world! Every item on their menu was a culinary masterpiece. The variety and flavors presented during the buffet left me thoroughly impressed and completely satisfied.

I can confidently say that I'll be returning without a doubt. The commitment to maintaining a high standard of service and the exceptional quality of food assures me that Maharaj Indian Restaurant is dedicated to continuously delivering an outstanding dining experience.

My husband and I went for the lunch buffet, and we were so disappointed. The butter chicken had bones in it and to be specific it was chicken wings and drumets which was unusual as most North Indian cuisine restaurants have boneless pieces of chicken. The lamb curry had small pieces of meat with large bones and chewy pieces of fat. Those were the only two meat items on the buffet. There was no variety. The service was pathetic as the waitress only took our drink order and buffet order. She never came back to my table to check on us nor take our dirty plates, glasses and cuttlery. I had to go to the front to order more drinks and took it back with me. I asked another waitress if she could clear my table and she also disappeared. My husband and I left the table and went to the front and requested to pay. However the lady advised that there was no speed point to pay and she took me to another cash register close by to the table at which I was seated and it still had the dirty dishes and it was attracting flies. This place has become a dump. A surprise hygiene inspection is needed urgently. I came here 12/01/2025 and the floors had not been cleaned, 6 flies sitting on our first table. 2nd table wad still filthy. 3rd table had food on its chairs. I arrived at 11.40 (buffet started at 11.30). I came for the buffet: Veg briyani: it was savory rice. Prawn dish: calling them prawns should be illegal, those were baby shrimp and overcooked. Butter paneer: very smart idea to cut the paneer into tiny cubes and colour them orange. Makes them look like carrots and then they load carrots into the dish to make it look like there's enough paneer. Vermicilli: watered down sugar milk with very little vermicelli. This place cuts costs with their food and hygiene. Please actually experience the place for yourself and leave your comments on here for other to see. Absolutely disgusting, filthy place.
