KFC Orlando East — Restaurant in Gauteng

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received from one of your employees, Ntombi. I regret to inform you that her conduct during my recent interaction was highly unsatisfactory and unprofessional.

Yesterday, Ntombi displayed an attitude that I found both disrespectful and unwarranted. Despite my efforts to calmly explain my concerns and clarify the facts of the situation, she responded with hostility and dismissiveness. The matter further escalated when a friend of mine intervened to support my explanation, yet Ntombi continued to exhibit the same unprofessional behaviour.

Even after management was involved, the situation did not improve. When the manager requested that Ntombi apologise for her conduct, she showed no remorse and continued to behave in a manner that was neither respectful nor appropriate. This unprofessional attitude not only affected our experience but also reflected poorly on your establishment.

I trust that you will take this complaint seriously and address this matter appropriately to ensure that future customers do not encounter...

As this is still a new establishment in Orlando East I was very impressed with their customer service. On 23/12/2023 I ordered using the KFC online portal on arrival the order was nowhere to be found on their tills but could only be seen on the order screen. Thanks to the dedicated staff THARI, SIPHIWE, NOMTHANDAZO & THE GENTLEMAN WITHOUT A NAME TAG (not Wiseman) who went over and above to even contact their customer service. The order finally appeared and that was a learning curve for them as well but in all this they never lost their cool...

Came in 07H04 (order1276) and while waiting for my order I observer that their AC is way too cold. I asked one of the Cashier's Mphilisi to assist in reducing the temperature. As I was going to be dining in and being pregnant. He assured me it ld be taken care of. He called out to whom I assume was his superior (Nkululeko I think) who uttered something about not being able to change the temperature So I did not enjoy anything great about the freezing AC temperature. Thus the meal itself didnt go down...
