KFC Ravenswood — Restaurant in Gauteng

I have waited in the store for an hour before. The last wait was 30 mins in the drive through... I just added another service star because after waiting and looking like nothing is happening. The guy had 2 wings that he didn't want to give me for streetwise 2, highly appreciated some guys will give and i must just find out at home and go to sleep with some hatred. I pleaded with him after lots of waiting and he improvised. He should really get congrats and he should be part of the leadership for this store. I don't know where he got it. He assured me that I'll be happy. Didn't tell me how he has fixed my situation when i got home i had the 2 wings plus a little fat piece with some meat. I was happy. This is GP, Boksburg of all places. A little bit of good service goes a long long way. Please make sure he gets some recognition. I'll ask next time what his name is. Sorry apart from this good news the staff is maar suur. Especially at night. I am busy being retrenched at work and these guys are job safe. Don't ever not be thankful for having a job. I typically buy from the KFC near the corner of North Rand road and trichardt. The service, the food quality is all five star. They renovating so I went to this KFC for my first time. The chicken was not fully cooked. I ate it with long teeth and I hope I don't live to regret it. This is so simple. You put it in a deep fry pressure cooker with a timer. If the temperature is correct, the pressure is correct and the time is correct the chicken will be perfect. You screwed up. That means the whole batch and maybe many other batches are potential food...

If I could give a 10 star for service that would definitely be it! I am very impressed with the way KFC and their staff members served us. All employees were so helpful and the quality of food is OUTSTANDING! My order was packed neatly and my food given to me with a smile and a simple "enjoy your evening and hope you enjoy your food" that meant so much to me. I would also like to just say that Thandiwe & Sarah is really a star. She was so helpful and absolutely did not forget to mention all the specials KFC had....
