KFC Waverley Plaza — Restaurant in Gauteng

Im very dissapointed we always recieved good service and food at this Branch, we are regulars here. I will not be coming back. Our last 3 visits the food is not fresh! The chicken does not taste nice and has a weird after taste, everytime when we order the 10 piece family feast we never get 10 pieces there is always one or two pieces missing. Tonight we thought let us try again we went through the drive through it was not busy, there were two cars infront of us and inside there were no one. We ordered our food us and the two cars infront had to wait in line for almost 30min with no movement the lady that is suppose to take orders and payments was not at the window she came back took first car payment and dissapeared again we still waiting in line just to pay for our food after waiting 30min my husband got out of the car to check what the hold up is but no one to be found. We went back and went inside to ask what is going on firstly when we got inside and asked what is the hold up the staff was laughing at us when we asked if they dont have stock or is it just plain spitefullness as they are not busy and we are waiting so long in drive through lane just to pay for our food! I am so over KFC. I seriously think Standard Bank needs to revisit having them as a partner. For the third time now, I am complaining about the same branch. They will phone me, apologize etc. and for a week maybe two things will improve and then WHAM. This KFC should just close its doors. That is how i feel about the food i recieved. Even the Mcdonalds next door's burgers were bigger then KFC. Now this is gonna be rude but, looking at the menu and comparing the size of the menu burger with the actual burger. Are they putting the chicken in a press and have a fat person sit on it after the order is ready or something? Cause that is what the actual size of the burger was.
