La Padrino Emmarentia - Halaal Pizzeria — Restaurant in Gauteng

So my Husband & I order via telephone & collect from store. Have spoken to Shiraz a few times but this particular occasion when I collected pizza, Shira was addressing his staff at the back using vulgarity, loudly swearing at them with no concern for the customers in the store (at that time was just my husband &I) I get that there as the owner issues must be addressed but surely one should address said issues at least an hour before opening or after closing whichever is more viable for both parties. The lady infront was so embarrassed and one to tears. I verified with her that Shiraz was swearing at his staff & that indeed he is the owner. How unprofessional!! For me it was just walking into the store and hearing this vulgarity that shocked me. Shiraz you have just lost a loyal customer !!! Overall pizzas are always tasty, fresh & amazing but your attitude was horrible. Issues do arise in any business but there are ways to address them. I'm sorry I will not be supporting this branch...

Had a casual dinner meeting this weekend and opted for a nice informal food joint... somewhat disappointed that order instructions were not followed - we requested an eat in however we were given a take away. The error was acknowledged immediately however it was not fixed.

There are/were no covid protocols in place. (Besides some employees wearing their masks hanging off one ear or below the nose)

What seemed to be the manager of the store was not wearing a mask at all. The tables weren't sanitized either luckily I had my own and could sanitize everything.

Food is great, my favourites are the chimmy changas which is like a deep fried pastry type thing with a chicken filling (i think there are other options), it comes with some side salad thingy and salsa, and also the la rolla (in chicken of course but again there are options) which is a basically a pizza folded up into a closed roll/sandwich with chicken, cheese and chips, divine😍 just sometimes u have to WAIT for your order, and thats annoying...
