I was craving pizza but because I saw it on YouTube of all places. So thought I’d go in and pick one up at 7:30pmish. I ordered my pizza, the guy said I could have 2 for 180 but only if it was deep pan. I wanted the traditional so apparently the deal wasn’t on. So got a pepperoni for 145 which is fine. The guy made it but it was in the over behind 3-4 other pizzas so it ended up burnt and over cooked as the oven was packed and they weren’t taking them off in time. Also they said 10-15 mins and it was properly closer to 30min. If I had to see the lady get the ladder out one more time to get boxes every order rather than perhaps getting a bunch to put them in arms reach…
Was truly painful and the pizza was over cooked and just not great. I don’t have a picture but there seems to be a couple examples of it in the reviews here.

Staff is illiterate, place is gloomy lights dimmed, empty and very eery unsafe feeling. The pizza was quick though and very tasty and the guy handling the oven is very friendly and helpful, should be promoted to improve the interaction with the customers. Not show a special on a pamflet for one price then charge more and say it's not that one which both the cashier and manager did together, also no appologies for the error and there wasn't even a smile to say come back again. Staff is key to a successful business. Hope the owner gives the 2 of you training in hospitality it would really benefit the business or hire more staff like the person handling the oven, would be a recipe...

Update on review herebelow : Claire the Area manager called my wife and apologized profusely regarding the pizza folds. She arranged with Kensani the branch Manager to replace us with 2 pizzas. Kensani called my wife and arranged a delivery for the pizza's. Wonderful followup and clearly a 100 💯 😀 👏 😄 yes going forward. Thank you all.
My wife & I are regulars and decided to order the pizza folds this time via Mr D. Food arrived hot but fillings were minute and hardly visible making the taste bland.
