McDonald's Denlyn Mamelodi — Restaurant in Gauteng

the food is constantly cold, i waited for over 40 minutes the other day for 3 burgers & tenders & when i got it the burgers were cold & the tenders too & they were so messy & no sauce or jalapeños were on it i felt like asking for a refund but because they are so rude & i wont tolerate an aunty being rude to me i just left it & yesterday i got to the counter & greeted the lady helping me 3 times & she just looked at me, the other day i wanted to try out those donut pops they were so hard i gave it back, a literal rock i couldn't even bite through it & they wanted to give me another but i refused for me to get another hard microball, oh & let me not forget they feel offended when i dont spek vanac but im some of theirs color. Service is bad bad bad & they dont clean immediately after a dine in customer left, they just leave the trays there. I really love McDonald's so so so much but because of this i wont go back there & no wonder Eersterust kullids don't go there, ove been a loyal customer of McDonald's no matter the location but yoh Mcdonald denlyn has poor customer service, bad food & the atmosphere is so not welcoming & because of this you'll lose so many customers & let me just leave it at the tenders🤮😭 i even have pictures to back up my...

I ordered 2 meals from Mc Donalds Denlyn Mamelodi via Mr D. When Mr D delivered my order, he arrived with only one meal. I logged a complaint at Mr D and they sent it through to Mc Donalds Denlyn. Now they were so nice to call me and let me know that they received a complaint. But then the problem is that Mr D cant go back and deliver the other meal for free. So the lady was saying I can come in at the resturant and collect the other meal anytime. I told her that its 2 kids at home, so I need the additional meal. I told her that its fine I will order again another meal, so then it means paying delivery fee and another tip again. The lady was very nice trying to sort it out. But my problem is that I paid for 2 medium meals, and now they want to deliver regular meals. Day light robbery. Firstly i had to pay Mr D again for delivery and tip the driver again, now you want to downgrade my meal. I paid for 2 medium meals and not regular meals. So...

A guy by the name of Glenton Legwale, very rude, people like him should not be at the counter, he lacks people skills and just downright lazy, I placed my order at the machine and chose the option to pay at the counter, when I got to the counter he told me he can't help me pay, the system isn't working I should go back to the machine and pay there, I asked him to just process my payment since I do not want to go up and down and I saw him assist the person before me, he told me to stop nagging otherwise he won't help me, I had to basically beg him to process my payment since he threatened to leave me at the counter without assistance, I felt like leaving but because I was hungry, I had to take his rude behaviour so I can get my order, FYI... The system was working perfectly, he processed my payment...
