😠the staff at Dobsonville Mall McDonald's are very rude and very undermining I should say. Yesterday (24 December), I went to buy two regular mcfeast meals. When I was there Busisiwe "Mahlangu" scanned me and I used my own sanitizer, she then said I need to use theirs too. I asked why because I just used mine in her presence, she called another girl who said that they do not trust my sanitizer because it might be diluted and theirs is 100% I can even smell it, I asked her how do they expect me to trust theirs if they do not trust mine. They then said it is the policy, I asked why is it different from other McDonald's, I was told that the franchise is not the same, so since they told me about the policy, I asked to see it and I was told to step outside so that someone can come to explain to me and show me. I waited for over 15 minutes, when I asked Busisiwe she said I am waiting for "Anna/Ayanda" and the person is busy with other customers. 1. Me waiting outside was so that I should not buy till I decide to use their sanitiser. 2. The person I went with said they were not busy but they kept talking about how young for them to actually come talk to me and they will never do that. When we got the food I went inside again asking to see that person as I have been waiting but Busisiwe said she doesn't have time and said that rudely. When we got home and opened the food, the chips were not even full in the that thing. It is very unethical for the staff to mistreat a customer because of how she/he looks like or their age. As customers we really questioning the type of leadership and what McDonald's is doing with such behaviour. Not only is it putting a bad name for the store but it is doing so for the mall also. We cannot always complain about one thing and still not be contacted. Just to add on this, I heard one of the employees saying that she has been coming on duty sick but kept writing the wrong temperature as they scan themselves, so our health's do not really matter to this people? Covid-19 is real yet they take...
   Read moreWell I didn't have a good experience,it was my first time visiting the store. I placed my order using the self service machine it was quick and very user friendly. I didn't wait that long to receive my order,upon receiving my order items were missing they had to fix it and I waited again only to realise I did not get my drink 😢 she went back to get another and repacked my order . I finally left the store, when I got home my other burger was missing fries 😔. I must say they serve nice ice cream and the burger is fresh, I had no energy to drive back and ask for the missing fries, next time you visit the store please check your order...
