McDonald's Pretoria West — Restaurant in Gauteng

The baddest.went thru the drive thru.. my order was not ready was told to park on the side.went to KFC next door to place an order 15 minutes later my order hasn't arrived,went inside to check,that's when I got my order.yes I confirmed the order by just looking at the boxes.. didn't suspect anything. When I got home the Grand big Mac I bought was more like the new big Mac jnr.the top half was not filled with anything.called n requested to speak to the manager .some guy by the name of Kgomotso Selepe answered n how he told me he can't assist n the only for the problem to be fixed I must drive back n have it sorted.explained how I can't make it.then I asked for the person he reports too,then the guy by name of Ronny Nkuna said he will try to fix it as they can't deliver to Atteridgeville,but because he was about to knock off he will personally deliver my real order.still waiting....we chose MacDonald because it's my kids favourite n they had a speech festival n did very well,n that was their treat for a good performance n well deserved.not sure if they gonna come or not.that MacDonald is on our way from school to home.cant afford to make another trip since I'm not working n we work on a budget since petrol is too expensive.Ronny said he knocks of ka 20:00 n gave him 30 minutes though it takes only 15 from MacDonald to my house it's 20:52 n he's still not here.my one child said she will wait for her burger .I guess she gonna...

We just walked in and placed our sit in order. After a few minutes of sitting a staff member came to block the access to the toilet facilities. I asked her if we can use the toilet but she responded saying that it is backed up and staff is also not allowed to use it. We then changed our order to take away as our girl needed the toilet. The person assisting with the order put everything in the bag and we walked out with the order not taking the choc sunday ordered which was already made and put aside by the attender. He did not call me to take the Choc Sunday and we walked out and then had to come back for the ice cream. When we asked for the choc sunday, he pretended not to know what we meant and then confirmed and gave it partially melted from the counter behind which was already prepared and not given initially. As we left with the order, the attendee and college started laughing at us after they gave the ice cream.

You should look at including your staff benefits with desserts instead of keeping our orders.

If the toilet facilities are not working supposedly then the store should close until fixed. How can a person want to use the restroom and still eat and drink at...

The worst customer service I’ve ever received from a McDonald’s franchise! This is the second time I’ve ordered from here and both times have been horrible, no customer service whatsoever. First time I waited almost 30min for my food which was a simple chicken foldover on the McDonald’s app. When I approached them on the counter they told me they threw my order out, for no known reason whatsoever then I had to wait another 15 min again for food, people after me got their orders except me. I also ordered a strawberry frappe, instead they gave me a mango frappe, they did not even bother telling me that the strawberry frappe was out of stock. They just made the mango frappe . Today I ordered a chicken salad and it took almost 20min to prepare . After it was prepared it sat on the counter for another five minutes and I ordered dine in. I had to fetch it myself . When I went to sit down I realised that They ran out of salad dressing and they gave me dry salad, I went back and complained until the manager gave me free jalapeño sauce.
