McDonald's Vosloorus Drive-Thru — Restaurant in Gauteng

There is something wierd about this place. It's like the standard just doesn't live up to the McDonald's brand because there is also something that doesn't work or is out of stock and they always have to apologize or leave customers to deal with it. Example is the soft serve aka ice cream, the machine is always not working or its not in stock. Then packaging and presentation on of the food is at times not aligned or packed according to how other McDs do it. The place gets cramped and noisy very quickly. It used to be nice space to have a conversation and connect with friend or business partners. But now the atmosphere has changed to resemble a typical resident eating house. Bought 2 burgers about 3 days ago, one grand chicken spicy meal and Mc feast delux meal, in the morning at about 8:45 am from the drive through, upon approach the service was as expected from the staff, I was disappointed by the fact that I wanted both my meals to be spicy, so I got charged for the spicy sauce, but I never got got the sauce in the one burger... It's a petty complaint but with this pandemic we're all in, every penny counts... I'm just not satisfied by what had happened, because I wanted the meal to be spicy and only one of us were satisfied when I brought the meals at home. The service in this place went from high tens to practically 0. It's the second time in a row that I've had to go up to the counter, over 30mins after ordering for them to only realize there and then that the order hasn't went out. The seat number selected was 40 but i put it back seeing as there was no need anymore. They had to write a new seat number at the top. I'm not sure what's going on here but you really need to get your act together as you giving the McDonalds brand a horrible name.
