Mochachos Greenvalley — Restaurant in Gauteng

So I had the following 3 separate experiences @ Mochachos Greenvalley 1. When I went there the first time an old lady was waiting for just over a hour for her food her and her husband, she went to the counter to ask about her meal and the oak behind the counter turned away from her and wanted me to place my order ignoring her , I walked out as this is not how you treat people especially not old people at night in the cold. 2 . Over this past weekend I bought a family meal there both burgers were ice cold and the chicken disgusting as can be!! 3. Here comes tonight’s experience I called in to order a burger meal (even mentioning the cold burgers I received over the weekend ) I went to fetch the food the chips were soggy and under cooked and I took the burger back as the Chicken was completely raw (do they even know how dangerous raw chicken can be) the staff behind the counter are like headless chicken no form of management or order and the manager is just oblivious to complaints and concerns !!! No I don’t want another burger !! Worst worst worst place...

First incident, Mochachos got my order wrong via uber eats, didn't get the chicken strips, chips and dip that I ordered, got 2 x Chicken pieces and rice. I got my refund from Uber eats. Second incident that happened today almost a week after the first incident, tried Mochachos - Green valley again via Uber eats. Took 2 hours for my order to arrive, which I was not gonna receive if I didn't call them. After seeing the 3rd driver cancelled, I called them, only to be told my order was picked up by the first driver whom they don't have details of. The guy who answered the phone said he would be doing me a favour by preparing my order again, a lady that works there, said in the background that it is not their fault my order is lost. 2 hours later I did receive my order, strips were not well prepared, chips were cold and the dip...

So I normally go for their chicken burritos and their Mexican chicken pieces and rice.

I have to say, It’s really disappointing. They seem to be extremely stingy with marinating their chicken, so you basically taste unseasoned chicken when you eat it and I’ve given this place a chance 3 times now!

Also, their wait times is ridiculous. When not busy, get ready to wait for 30-35 minutes for lackluster food.

The only reason they get 1 Star is not even because of the food. The food is horrible! But their staff are quite friendly at the desk.

If you want my advice; the Mochachos that’s in Greenstone Shopping Center is so much more better and only just up the road! You will have better worth of your time and money to just drive for an extra two minutes to Greenstone Shopping Center and...
