Mugg & Bean Wonderpark — Restaurant in Gauteng

So it seems like the owners have lost intrest in this restaurant. There was almost zero clients in the shop.... apparently they only accept cash as the machines were off-line... but my approach is as follows.

My server was great. This lifted your rating from a 1 star to 3 stars...... Muffin was OKish.... they seem to microwave the muffin as it was chewy and not like the famous crispy outside and soft indide....... butter was a few little ch ips and the cheese was not even half the small bowl. I asked for more butter and did get some.... Seems like they are rationing..... not like the general standard from the brand.... avo toast was OK. The food does not look close to the other branches offerings.... sorry to say..... coffee and shake was good.

But ok is just not good enough. Usually this brand exceeds my expectations but this branch is barely ok.....

Time to update and check on the standards of this place from HQ. Maybe have a secret shopper....

Whilst service was good the price you pay here does not warrent the product received. There is better options in the area.

Almost forgot.... they were out of ingredients for...

I have never been so disappointed in my life. For the first time I Champlain about a restaurant. Yesterday I went to m&b Wonder park in Pretoria and I had the worst experience ever. First thing they had no juices at all and no cogtails they only had fizzy drinks, and after some few minutes the waitres said they have ice tea witch I oped for.

My mistake I did not explain to her I don't want any ice in it so she took it back and suddenly my ice tea was half in a bottle and I kept quite.

Thirdly the food was very bad, horrible, ribs, wings, steak everything was sooo sweet the was not difference between all of them, I also had green salad and to top it if the dressing was also sweet.

Forthly, they meals were very small I had to order onlther portion of chips before I could even eat and only to find I waisted my money.

I had a fantastic experience at Wonderpark Mugg & Bean! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bottomless coffee was a highlight—always fresh and served with a smile.

A special mention to Lisa, who provided exceptional service throughout my visit. She was attentive, constantly checking in to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her friendly and professional approach truly elevated the experience.

The restaurant itself is amazing—clean, well-managed, and perfect for a relaxed meeting or a casual meal. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a great coffee...
