Sacramento Spur — Restaurant in Gauteng

On the 2nd of November(yesterday), I was attending a party. So when we got there the waitress that was serving them looked like she doesn't want to be there. She gave us the menu then went to place the first orders. It took her 30 minutes to come back to us. When she came back we placed our orders. And then we waited for 1hour 45minutes to get the drinks, my friend ordered fanta I ordered summer cooler, but we only got the fanta!!! She told me they are still making it, and then after an hour or 2 I still didn't have my drink. Shame that girl was so slow and am not happy with the attitude she was giving us. So I came there but I didn't get my summer cooler and the food, I had to take the food home and cancel the drink. I only had a milkshake that I ordered last minute which another waitress delivered on time(her name is Patricia). I don't remember the first one, and once again I was not happy with the way she was serving us if it wasn't for Patricia I would have gone home without having...

I went to spur just now and I received a bad treatment. We were about to enter into the premises and was on a call as my wife was busy filling the questionnaire. One of the ladies addressed me while busy talking on an official work call and got disturbed.she was saying that i should ware a face ask. After the call I responded to the lady and advised not to do that again To anyone who is on a call.

We entered and sat down. Immediately a white rude lady came and said to us she is not gonna argue with me and said what she said which I did not even hear as I was annoyed by her approach. We immediately went out. I am a regular customer there and I visit the restaurant almost 2 or 3 times a week but I think I will not visit the restaurant anymore. I'm always on call and could have not risk someone's life by not paying attention to the call I was in just for the sake of some sick protocol done by the unproperly trained personnel.

I hate having visited that...

The service was bad, when me and my family arrived there we were greeted with a smile and one of the waiters showed us where to sit and she later sad she will call our waiter to come assist us, but the waiter never came my husband ended up calling another of the waiters standing at the door and asking him who will assist us, the waiter apologized and offered to take our drinks order while we waiting for the waiter assigned for our table, thereafter the drinks also took very long to come and My Mother inlaw lost her patience and said let's go if the drinks are also taking this long and we still haven't even ordered our food that means we will eat after 3hours, then we stood up and left, to my surprise no one even noticed that we left because not even one person tried to stop us from leaving, I was very disappointed as I wanted to spoil my mother inlaw for her birthday but it was ruined because we ended up buying pizza...
