Panarottis Wonderpark — Restaurant in Gauteng

Update: Panarottis was very quick to follow up on my complaint below. They obviously value their customers. Patricia phoned me and apologised for the misunderstanding. I really appreciated that and I definitely accept the apology as i felt that is was sincere. I would also like to thank Panarottis for rectifying the mistake. I have changed my 1 star to 5 as i felt that the way they handled the complaint was very proffesional and mature........... (We ordered the mac & cheese balls with sweet chilli sauce for take away. The sweet chilli sauce is advertised as part of the dish and is not something that you order seperate. When we got home with our order they did not include the sweet chilli sauce. So i phoned them and ask to speak to a manager. Patricia (who picked up the phone) then confirmed that she is the manager. I tell her that i am really dissapointed as they did not include the sauce. She then tells me that the order only says mac & cheese and that is probably why the kitchen did not include it. She then also tells me that next time that we order we must just remind them to include the sauce. Well guess what Patricia - there will unfortunitly not be a next time. It is not my job to remind your staff how to do their job and your kitchen is suppose to know that a mac & cheese comes standard...

Went to this restaurant to get a take away dinner. We ended up sitting in the restaurant enjoying our meal. Our waiter was Tumelo, a very enthusiastic young woman.

We got our food in no time and it was to specification. The base of the pizza was baked to perfection the topping was aced. I just did not like the sundried tomatoes. It was a bit much and a bit chewy, almost like slivers of biltong. I would be happy it it was chopped up instead and sprinkled over the base.

But for the rest it came out beautiful. The beer was nice and cold. Only issue here is they have no beer on tap. The Dom Pedro was the 🍒 on top. Perfectly mixed.

The staff kept about their business serving people. There was a loud distracted in the restaurant though. The manageress sat at a table as you entered this establishment and was constantly talking. She may have had a series of meetings but she was so loud that it became distractive. Please have your meeting in the restaurant but leave your patrons out of it.

We bought a combo that costs R159. They call it "meat And eat" on 2nd February 2017. It had lamb chop, rump, 8 chicken wings and one large drink. Surprise surprise, after waiting for a long time order came no drink, we asked where the drink was and told it's only given if you sit in , this was despite the fact that I asked the lady who took our order if the special was only for eat in and she said no. Okay they were fair enough to bring us two small cups in place of the large drink after we communicated our dissatisfaction. We got home we sat to enjoy our Thursday night meal , surprise surprise!! ( Yes another surprise) , the lamb is rotten. It even smells and taste extremely bad. Disappointed but too far to go back to Panarottis, wonder park and petrol price increased just yesterday we can't be going up and down. Disappointed we drink tea and sleep.
