I refer to the nandos in edoraigne.
To begin, the service I received from the order that I placed up to delivery and quality of the food was terrible and absolutely disappointing.
The call I placed, the individual who answered messed up my order, was abrupt, hasty and did not know what he was doing. He gave us a turn around time to which our order would be received by and it took twice as long, despite the verification of said time via SMS.
Our food was to be delivered by 17:40 and was received almost by 18:30.
We placed a call to enquire the whereabouts of our delivery and the driver was still not in the area, the query manger merely aplogised and stated she could not do anything as the store was busy. When the driver came he was extremely rude. He instigated My dogs and hit the gate to ward of the dogs which were of no treat to him, as they were behind a locked gate.
He then proceeded to tell me he is not Afraid of the dogs and they "won't do anything", in a very sarcastic tone.
When we opened our meals, the food was cold, the spinach did not taste up to par and the chips were tasteless due to it being ice cold.
This is not the first time we received such service from this nandos and it's unacceptable to spend alot of money at the store and receive terrible quality, service and food.
We will not be utilising this store in the near...
Read more*EDIT 31 / 03 / 2019 * So after having ordered and collected from Eldoraigne on multiple occasions, we've generally only had compliments to give - however, the past 3 times we've ordered online/via phone, the order has either come with extras missing (e.g. no paid for extra cheese/pine on a burger), but, MORE FRUSTRATINGLY, being told the order would be delivered in 50 mins (est. by 19:50), only to be sitting around waiting an hour and 30 minutes (so far, tonight) to two hours previously... and then being unable to call the branch as the phone just rings and rings and then cuts off.
Driver did arrive with our meals, which we microwaved and enjoyed otherwise... but honestly - if the delivery time given was just honest and said "it could take 1 and a half hours" (even the driver confirmed he's also complained that they should adjust it accordingly if they KNOW they're busy and won't deliver as they say) - well, then we could choose to collect ourselves (we're a 1.5km from the place!), or order elsewhere... but to have evening schedules messed around (especially with a busy family household), it's extremely frustrating.
Always been our favourite Nandos in the area! Hope this gets sorted out, till then, we simply won't be ordering for delivery here any more,...

The confirmed order was incorrect. 18 winglets delivered instead of 36 wings.
The packets were leaking contents. Pathetic presentation.
The driver did not have ID and had an expired disc. He could not enter the estate. We had to pick up the order from the guard house of the estate. The delivery person says he forgot his wallet. This is the 3rd time in a row this has happened.
Failed communication between the call centre and the store manager. I specifically stipulated that the delivery person should have ID to enter estate. The store manager says he did not get the instruction. Customer care at Nandos sent a screenshot to the store manager to evidence this.
The manager offered to send a driver to swop out the food. I cannot take up that offer because I am no longer confident in his ability to prepare a meal safely. Who knows what he will send!
To say I am disappointed at the failed internal controls and quality at Nandos is an understatement.
Nandos will have to address this in a better way then a meaningless apology.
