Employees need to take customer orders seriously. All those 1-star reviews? They’re valid. What’s the point of asking for a receipt to confirm the order if it’s still wrong when the customer gets home? And to make matters worse—you kept the slip! If you’re out of sauce, just say so. Don’t mislead the customer. Nando’s Nelpark, please wake up. A chicken costs R199.00—we deserve better service at that price. Go take notes from Nando’s Croydon. I genuinely wish I had waited and bought my meal from there after work. Very disappointing.

This place needs a health inspector on serious note. Tables not cleared with flies all over the place. The staff couldn't be bothered even after raising the issue with them. The cashier had to leave the till to come an clear the tables. Others were knocking off not even bothered by the sight of filth.

Went to get dinner for a family of 4 on Friday 31/10/2025 just before 22h00 via the drive thru, was first told that my preferred chicken pieces would take a bit longer then was told that they are finished and then the rude, disrespectful and condescending "manager" by the name of Emmanuel came and rudely told me that the quarter legs are finished because they are sold out and "stock does get depleted because they were sold during the day." When I asked to speak to his senior he replied by saying "moes I am talking to him." He further went on to scold the 2 employees who couldn't agree on whether the pieces were finished or were going to be delayed that "they shouldn't sell items the restaurant doesn't have."

I was so appalled by the service received that I had to go to KFC...

This store is absolutely horrible to be very honest. I visited the store today, I actually checked the closing times before I visited the store and the times actually state that the store closes at 20h00. I got to the store at 18h55 and after waiting for 5-10 minutes the one employee stated that he had cut the line and chased out about 4 customers, including myself, stating that the store closed at 19h00. This is the third time at this store and I experience bad, horrible customer service. Honestly visiting this store is not worth it. It would actually benefit you to drive out a little further to Centurion or Wonderpark for...

Lots of parking and safe.lots of security and friendly. The staff are friendly and helpful and clean. Toilets are clean and fresh. Wasbasen before you eat is in the corner of th eating place. If you like to wash your hands before eating. The tables are very clean and get washed after every person eating there. Youcan order and shop and get your take away afterwards. They have a drive through and is very fast to help you.. You can use a bank card or pay cash. Love to eat their befor taking my wife to work night shifts. You will be satisfied with the service and walk out...
