I had a bad experience. I bought the great pretender plant based wrap firstly it was cold, and was not cooked well, I didn't enjoy it at all and they didn't put the plant based up to the top of the wrap. I have went to Nando's in Witbank and I enjoyed both the wrap and the boujee bowl plant based. Secondly the plant based was not cooked well on the next morning I got stomachache. Another thing I bought was chips which were not seasoned at all I returned the chips back and the cashier told me I didn't say I want seasoned chips and I told him that I also didn't say that you shouldn't season my chips. A good advice I gave him was that he should ask because this was not good services at all.
I am not impressed with Nando's springs at all when my order was finished the person who gave me my order was counting the food I ordered using they hands taking out my food instead of putting into two different paper bugs for space or put in a bigger bug
I Wouldn't like to go back there again I didn't enjoy the food I feel like my mom's money was wasted and even though I thanked her for the food she bought me I didn't enjoy the service and the food
Please improve or else you'll keep on losing customers

They the customers drive thru and pay, when it comes to food collection they send us to wait at the parking lot for more 20 minutes for a drive thru order. When it comes to Mr D orders, they are so careless that they don't put poor cutlery 🍴. The worst experience of ordering a Nando's salad while I am at the workplace, It came without even a single sachet of salad dressing. I am so disappointed with Nando's Springs. Please guys improve your service.

Read moreI placed an order via mr delivery at nandos. When i received my order i got 1 half chicken and i ordered 2. Instead they sent me 2 mielie sharing where i ordered 1. When i called them they told me they will fix the order but can't deliver it. So why did i pay almost R 100 for tip and delivery and is still had to drive all the way there. If i wanted to drive i would have placed the oreder and go collect it. If a business makes a mistake it at their cost not at the customer's cost. Needless to say that's going to make me stay away from nandos for another 2 years or so. This is the second time something like this happened and i thought they might have their act together after 2 years but i was mistaken....
