Prairie Eagle Spur Halaal — Restaurant in Gauteng

We were pleasantly greeted however our experience was sad to say the least. We ordered 2 x of the unreal breakfast. Firstly we arrived at 9am waited 40 minutes before the meal arrived. They had a brand new waitress serving us mind you it is her first day on the job she wasn't even shadowed and was ultra nervous. So breakfast arrives it has 2 eggs 2 rashes of macon and 1 slice of grilled tomatoes. The unreal breakfast advertising 2 slices of toast, 2 eggs. 2 rashes of Macon, and a portion of chips. She leaves us with 2 plates of each containing 2 eggs, 2 slices Macon and and slice of grilled tomatoes and tells us to enjoy our meal and trots off. So we call amd ask for the missing items so she brings us toast, and walks off. We call her back and then point out to her that the menu had chips as well so she goes off and brings 1 portion of chips, we then advise her that each meal comes with chips, a slice of grilled tomatoe, 2 slices of toast, 2 eggs and 2 slices of Macon. What was annoying was whilst we are still at the table they kept wanting to clear up. To me this meant hurry up and eat so we can get done. I will never be visiting this Spur. EVER AGAIN THATS FOR SURE AND WILL ALSO ZDVUSE MY FAMILY...

I have visited this Spur only once before and was farely satisfied with the food and service of the staff. Tonight, my fiance visited this Spur m and she brought home malva pudding - my favourite - as a take-away. I really looked forward to having it, but ended up being very disappointed. Firstly, the tussen containing the custard, was cracked and quite a bit ended up on the Floors. As if that was net bad enough, the pudding was nearly bone dry... definitief not as it should have been.

Please forward the following to the chef, who makes your malva pudding:

Please visit any Woolworths grocery store, buy one of their malva puddings and taste it. That is how malva pudding should be made.

Until someone tells me that he/she had a delicious malva pudding at your restaurant, I will never have malva pudding at any Spur restaurant, especially...

Would like to commend the manager of this spur as well as the staff taking phone orders. He always makes a plan to satisfy customers and the staff there goes out of their way to do a good job. Ordered online today again and I must say they are on the ball at all times for specific requests. They always put the customers needs into account. I wish I has the managers name and the lady and man who were on call today.

They have been consistent at all times that I've dealt with them during this year.
