Roman's Pizza Brackenhurst — Restaurant in Gauteng

The pizza dough is completely raw. After phoning romans pizza and spoken to Osman the manager. I explained to him my medical condition, I don't have a colon anymore, I am a cancer patient. If any problems for surgery due to obstruction causes in the bowel because of the raw pizza dough or if any other problems rise up I will definitely sue this branch, as the Manager cannot even sort this out and said I have to talk to Mr D about this after the Manager send me his personal number and asked me to send a picture, I did that and send him a video and still he cannot resolve the problem. I am very upset about how this is handled and as I explained to him that the problem is not with the delivery from Mr D, but it is with his shop,his personnel send out the raw food in the first place. Then he continued with saying Mr D will refund me etc. I told so not only bad service but now I am not having my evening meal either. A refund means nothing Regards to my health.After a very long time on the phone nothing was resolved. I will put the pizza away as I only ate one piece and then tasted it was raw and then opened it, it is so raw that you can play with it in your hands literally. Im truly disappointed with the quality of pizza served to me at the brackenhurst branch. The pizza was unappetizing and barely had cheese. When this was brought to the managers attention her response was "there is cheese on it". I am a generally a huge fan of romans and the other branches don't seem to disappoint or mize with ingredients. This is not the first time this has happened at this branch and when I called in to place my order I had told the lady that I had an issue the last time and to ensure that there sufficient cheese on the pizza and she told me she will tell the kitchen. I bought 2× Barbecue Chicken Pizzas and my pizza had no barbeque base. I called to speak to the Manager Emma Mophongoa who firstly did not acknowledge my complaint, did not show any empathy or apologise to me. I told her I didn't intend to return the pizza as my children already waited for it. Emma asked me to send pictures of the pizza and still insisted that the pizza had barbeque sauce on it. I drove back to show her and she called the chef who didn't even comment on the pizza, just touched it.
