Roman's Pizza Bryan Park — Restaurant in Gauteng

We arrived at Roman's Pizza Bryanpark at 19:50, only to be greeted, by who seemed to be the manager in the back, saying "and now?" As if to ask the cashiers what is the door even doing open where people are now coming in.

Firstly they stated that they close at 20:00 and we arrived before then and they were already in the process of cashing up and cleaning. There was absolutely no willingness to assist

We were about to order 6 pizzas, and we have now taken that order elsewhere, to a place that doesn't close as early as 20:00, which to me is absurd considering its a takeaway joint, not to mention after the Springboks have just finished playing

Im my view it is absolutely ridiculous to close at 20:00 on a Saturday, it seems to be a really bad business decision and will most definitely result in a loss of business for Roman's and thus increase another Pizza Place's...

The staff put in a real effort to make the experience enjoyable, and while still improving, their dedication shows. The food is consistently up to franchise standard, and there’s good value for money overall. Don't expect the phones to work or the specials to be consistant.

You change your menu too often. Your phone lines never work. So if you try phone in an order it's very expensive and completely pointless. When you bring this problem up with staff the have a good laugh... I would rather go elsewhere in future! Bring back Pizza hut! The staff were amazing and their menu...

I ordered and paid online, I arrived at the shop and they have not processed my order till my mo ey reversed ack to my account. I then placed my order jn person at the shop, waited over 20 minutes while watching people who came after me leave me there. The drinks I ordered then got finished while I wait. I ended up taking the o ly drink...
