Absolutely disgusted with the service from Romans Lambton. I placed an online delivery order 02/09/2025 at 18:50. The fact that my order took over an hour to arrive, and when it did, it was cold and without a sticker seal, is just unacceptable. And then to top it all off, the manager was extremely rude when I called to enquire and dropped the call on me, 15 mins later he called to say he would send another pizza but wouldn't accept the returned pizza because some of it had been eaten? MY KIDS WERE HUNGRY IMBECILE!!! This is just ridiculous. I am not desperate for a free pizza thats why i ordered and paid for it as well as for the delivery....You were not doing me any favors! I was merely making a point that the pizza was cold. He then sent the driver 30 mins later with a new pizza and when we we went to give him the old one which 3 slices were eaten he said he is under strict orders from the manager saying he cannot take the pizza if any was eaten and drove off. My husband then called them and asked what was the point off sending the driver cause we explained that our kids were hungry and Geraldine cut the call on him... It's clear that Roman's Pizza Lambton needs to work on their customer service skills. I will be contacting the head office to also lay a complaint. Terrible service encountered with Romans Pizza Lambton yesterday . Nobody listens , the phone was between 3 people including Geraldine who dropped the call whilst explaining . Pizza was cold when received . No lock seal on the pizza . We waited about 1 hour over the expected delivery time . Order was placed Online Via the website . Delivery Driver was unable instructed by Geraldine to not replace the cold pizza . Romans Pizza Lambton Germiston service has gone for the worst completely downhill. I use to like placing orders with them but they lost my support tonight.

I placed an order online at 19h00 tonight- my order was confirmed and Payment went off. After a hour nothing arrived so I called to find out where my pizzas are only: to be told. "Sorry we stopped taking orders online at 18h00" I received no call to advise me that my order will not be made and that a refund will be made.

NO lets wait a hour for the customer to call to tell them they will not get any food and that they tried to cancel the order but did not manage so just left it at that. Now I will only get a refund the next day cannot place any oders elsewhere due to time frames for covid- This is so unacceptable worst way to do...
