I order regularly form this store using Uber eats. Today the delivery and service was beyond pathetic. A driver was assigned to collect the order however the status reflected as wrapping up for over 20min. Uber eats does not allow you a refund of the order has been assigned and in progress. They advise to call the store. I explained all of this to the manager on duty Zinhle when i called in after 45min. She insisted i cancel via ubereats despite me explaining multiple times that this is not possible. No solutions have been provided except that my details will be passed onto the owner who would tell me same. Lukily for me the order was assigned to another driver while i was online with the store. After 1h30min im.hoping my order will be delivered . A word of caution when using ubereats to order from this store u may just get ripped off. Money taken and no food delivered. I went back to collect my order and the manager told me that the staff will have to pay from their own money for the correction. what nonsense is this .
