To anyone reading this post, if you are planning to go to the MTN Store in Forest Hill please make a U-Turn. The service I have received is the worst experience ever in my entire adult-life. First day when I went to the store, it was not busy (less customers) consultants were idling in their stations busy with their cellphones, no one offered to assist till I approached one of them and they indicated that the system is offline. Decided to go back home and went in another day, I was lucky on this day as I found someone who was helpful and when I articulated my experience she said "if you where a white person they would have approached you from the moment you stepped in". I was shocked and disturbed by the comment.
Nonetheless, let me not digress. I took out a data sim contract last year (2020) for R299, first three months the correct amount was debited. January 2021, got the shock of my life as my bill was sitting at roughly R9000, I called customer service and I was told that I have been debited incorrectly therefore I should email my contract. I was unable to email my contract immediately because when I collected sim card the consultant was unable to print out the hard copy of the contract because once again system was offline or/and printers were not working. She indicated that she will email it to me. I only received my contract in May 2021 after tons of emails and visits to the store. I now felt like I was part of their furniture.
To cut a long story short, the consultant was supposed to set limits on my contract to 0 so that when my data is depleted it would not run over, she did not, however on my contract she hand written that she had set the limits to 0. She was lying and how do I know this is because when I called MTN in January that was the only time when the limits were set. MTN is not a bad service provider, the demise of the company will be caused by the people working for it because of their inadequate and horrible customer service. If you are experiencing any problems with MTN, my advice is visit their head office (they close at 13:00, although it is not written in their website). As I type out this review, I am drinking tea and trying to figure out as to how I am going to pay 9K when I took a data sim contract for R299...simply because of someone's negligence...maybe I should watch...

"On a quick google search, I found your shopping centre and the times for the wave rider. I came on Monday 4thNov only to find out from the information that the wave rider is closed. I had to notify my friends to turn back and that we cannot come on Tuesday either. Your signs were still up saying that your wave rider is open every day.
I returned yesterday (06 November) and tried the wave rider around 14:30. I would like to mention a few disappointing matters: I was not informed of any dangers or cautions - even though I mentioned I had never tried this before. Within 15seconds, I really hurt myself Perhaps it would be good to give advice to newcomers before they hit the waves I was not informed of the risks of jewelry being ripped off and lost my wedding ring. I was told it cannot be recovered which I find very weird and left my name and number anyway (I am a very active person and my ring has never fallen off in 9 years; I would have gladly taken it off if there was any risk) *Please confirm for sure if there is no way of recovering rings from the system? (Ring: Palladium ring with two thin engraved lines around the band and a small single diamond (worth over R5000). It is the sentimental value, so please, if all possible, can we find it) "
Something to note: It has been over 2 weeks and my hip is still out and bruised, neck still stiff from whiplash and bruised foot - incredibly dangerous and should...
Read moreA basic shape, but a vast variety of shops and high quality entertainment. An average parking system and slight, but noticeable amount of petty crime. In terms of service, the mall has multiple super shops along with a wide range of them, providing for daily shopping and trying to find something you might not be able to get somewhere smaller; the entertainment is admittedly one of the best in Centurion, as a personal opinion, because it too provides a wide variety like ice skating, movies, an arcade, ten pin bowling, pool, a small bar area and a more social and extensive eating area - very good for family get togethers. Though one thing that brings it down is an inexplicable slightly on a negative point atmosphere that pulls the experience away from a 5 star.
In conclusion, it's good. For families, teens and people who want to get stuff done. Basically everyone....
