Burger King Sasol Circle Centre (Halaal) — Restaurant in Gauteng

Rude. Waited 20 minutes for 4 chicken straps, small chips, 4 and 6 piece cheese balls. Didn't get my full order and when I complained they were rude and strated arguing with me. While waiting I observed th ladies putting Vicks on their lips with their fingers and then going to the chop station opening the chips packet WITH HER HANDS etc. The other lady stood playing with a piece of plastic in her mouth, worked the order screen and then also went to pack orders. No gloves on any of them after touching their mouths. Very unhygienic and in my opinion absolutely disgusting!

I get my mom cheese balls once a week as a treat and then I almost always get my sister, myself and my boyfriend a snack....

Their service is the worst I thought they’d improve over time but every time I go there it’s the same story…once I ordered through uber eats and they told me they sent out the order but it was showing on the app that it’s prepping for over an hour when I went in person they told me they can’t assist and it’s now an uber eats problem but how come they don’t keep record of these things because at first the manager had to double check if the order really went out. Every time I come here I'm reminded of my previous decision to not support this particular burger king again. The service is extremely bad. The owner seems to have expertly selected the slowest human beings our nation has to offer. Even today when I am the only customer the service is ridiculously slow. My wife prefers McDonald's and she walk over there ordered her food, eat her food and I'm still waiting for mine that I ordered before she left. How is that...
