Bad service I ever received from The so called female manager G Shabalala whom was so RUDE towards for only requesting to change the order I made

I bought small chips for R19.99 I payed with cash so I realised that the was a special for burger and chips for R39.99 so I requested to change order, I was denied and told that the senior management instructed those working on tills not to do override

This unmannered Rude manager Shabalala was approached with her stinky attitude she blatantly refused to assist, I then requested to be furnished with owners contact details she refused still telling me I must come back 11/02/2024 I explained that I was not resident of Secunda but Gauteng which is 200 km return trip so it impossible to drive back just to see the owner while she can provide contact details to make things easier but she refused

With that Manager Shabalala the establishment will loose customers

Always I only buy Steers last 3 bad orders I decided to change outlet. I got my order and chips was nice and hot when I had my burgers it was ice cold as from the fridge.. So this is the last time buy from Steers. Really bad from Steers Head office made contact via email and said they will contact me but 3 week later...
