Unprofessional service received at this store ordered online on the 26th of November 2019 it took the store 2 hours 30mins to deliver the food and I requested a refund as the person that was supposed to get the food was no longer interested in the food called the store spoke to lady called Mpumi she said she will call me when in 5mins waited another 2 hours called store again spoke to the manager Michael I think and he advised that he will call me as well after 5mins till today he hasn't called me back and I was promised that I will get a refund by Thursday till today I have not received anything from the store not even communication to keep me updated. And The same I had an incident with in September when he gave me a wrong till slip to claim work from as the slip was showing zero value on the total and the time I ordered at and the one on the slip was two different times and I couldn't use that till slip as my company would deem it as fraud. I believe that was my last time being a customer to steers cause clearly the staff don't go any form of training on how to...

The pork ribs from this store were outstanding. Here's why I put two stars:

I managed to place my order through the steers app reasonably okay without any issues. After waiting for an hour without any update from the app or a call from the store, I had to place a call to check on my order.

It was then I was told my place is outside of the zone of delivery by the Steers Philip Nel Park branch! This was especially shocking because, as you'd expect, the app should not allow you to place an order if the store is unavailable to deliver. Worse still, it was around 8pm night!

Luckily, I happen to have my own vehicle so I drove to collect my order, and the store refunded my delivery fee. This review has nothing against the store staff, but everything against the highly flawed ordering system. I was there yesterday and the staff was so rude i did not know they open at 10 so when i went in one of the staff members rudely told me we are not open she could have atleast told me in a polite way excuse me miss we are not open yet we open at 10 and we need another 30 to 45 min to prep before we can take your oder but no and then another staff member came to me and said it wil take 15 min to prep and i waited 15 min and then i walked in after waiting 15 min just to be told i have to wait another 30 min this was the worst experience of my life at a steers branch i will never go to this steers branch ever again and i would never ever advice any one that i know to go to this steers branch rather go to another steers branch the service at this steers branch is very poor i wanted to place an order but after the experience i had i dicided...
