This Vida really does not meet the standards of the other branches I've been too. I've been to this branch a few times and every time has been disappointing. This time, I ordered ahead on the app, and got there only to see nobody at the counter. Eventually two ladies came. One I had greeted, she walked straight past me. The other looked like she had just woken from a nap and slowly made her way to the counter. She then said she hadn't accepted the order yet even though I made it about 20 minutes prior. Once she accepted it, I still waited almost another 20 minutes for her to make just 3 frios. The frios still tasted good, but were made quite sloppy. Toppings chucked on haphazardly and messed on the cup. Staff were completely disinterested in the people that started queuing. On top of this, the blender sounded like it was screaming bloody murder. I love Vida, but my experience at the store has been the worst. I will not be going back.

The staff was extremely rude. While taking my order, one of the employees continued to talk to her colleagues, which was unprofessional. It's no surprise that she got my order wrong. When I asked about the mistake, she didn’t say anything to me; instead, she told her colleagues that I had changed my order. However, she had repeated my order back to me, so I don’t understand how it ended up wrong.

They continued to discuss my order in their own language, which felt disrespectful. I ended up having to pay twice, and when I finally picked up my order, the same employee was laughing...

I adore Vida, but I will not be retuning to this store. Precious was the manager, but only appeared when the lady behind the counter screeched for her to come through. The lady was laaazy and was clearly not interested, even though I was super friendly and even asked for her input. I asked her if she was new, and she was quite insulted, but I watched her look through the instructions book and had to ask me three times what I wanted. I waited 20 minutes for a single drink. Either the training is shocking or the staff are incompetent. This was honestly the worst experience ever. They must either do their jobs...
