Stunning Dining at Vikram's Lonehill
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Vikram's Lonehill, and it was nothing short of an exquisite experience. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by the charming ambiance of the restaurant.
We started our culinary journey with the Chilibite starter, which was a tantalizing introduction to the flavors that awaited us. The crispy bites were perfectly spiced, leaving our taste buds tingling with anticipation.
For the main course, we indulged in the Lamb Korma, accompanied by Garlic Naan and fragrant rice. The portions were impressively generous, ensuring that every bite was a delightful symphony of flavors. The lamb in the Korma was exceptionally tender, melting in our mouths, and the creamy sauce was a perfect balance of spices.
What truly sets Vikram's Lonehill apart, besides its delectable cuisine, is the warm and welcoming service. The staff made us feel like old friends, even remembering us from previous visits. Their attentiveness and friendliness added an extra layer of comfort to the dining experience.
I must also commend the owner for their exceptional hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure that our meal was nothing short of perfect, accommodating our requests with a gracious smile.
In conclusion, Vikram's Lonehill is a hidden gem that not only offers sumptuous Indian cuisine but also creates a memorable dining experience. It's a place where flavors dance on your palate, and the staff treats you like family. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, you're in for a treat that will leave you...
Read moreThank you for your prompt response Mr Vikram. I have revised my rating. I still feel the situation should have been handled better. It just felt like something fishy was going on and I wanted to let you know. I felt the manager was not presentable as a manager, he didnt even have a badge or anything that distinguished him from the other waiters. Thus I did not feel comfortable continuing with the transaction and I was already on my way out of the restuarant when he approached us to 'make a plan'
I would like to make the owners aware of my experience at Vikram's. We were met at the door by one of the waiters. I requested a table for four. The waiter showed us in and said we can select a table. After we sat down, the waiter brought us the menu within a few minutes. Only at this time did he he inform us that there was a problem with their credit card machine and we would have to pay cash. I complained why we werent told this before we were seated. There was no response to this. We proceeded to leave the restuarant at which point the manager came and told us that they will make a plan. I found all this very odd to say the least. Firstly, we should have been informed at the door when we entered, secondly if they could make a plan then why tell clients there is a problem. Thirdly in this day and age of technology, where most establishments are going cashless, here's one that asks for cash instead??? Should the owner's wish to verify this incident they can post their direct contact details in response to this review and I will...
