Woolworths Café Lynnridge Walk — Restaurant in Gauteng

My friend and I visited the new Woolies Cafe for the first time today and had such a lovely experience with our waiter Samantha, however, there were other patrons next to us who were clearly Karens about their order being incorrect - naturally to satisfy them, the manager was called and what followed was incredibly unprofessional of the Manager Frans. He scolded all his staff in front of the patrons making everyone else feel uncomfortable. Mr Frans, I hope you’re reading this because talking down on your staff like that is not what it means to be a leader. Lead by example, not by being a po€s....

I have just been plain out ignored while waiting to be sitted. The 1 lady came and took the 1 white lady in front of me. I continued to wait. A guy with glasses came towards me but just walked passed me. This was the most bizzare and ackward thing to happen to me. I know your demographic is mainly white and I hate using the race card but this was totally unacceptable. I had to leave 2 somewhere where my business is...

Welcomed by the lady at the door who took our order.. just to never hear from her again. We waited for 20mins for our coffee, which never appeared, when we enquired, nobody knew of anything. finally placed our order plus food order.. all in all, waited over 1h30mins to get our food, by which time needed to get a takeaway. No thank you. There are much better Woolies Cafes in Pretoria. Learn from Castle...
