I called to order a Hippo Pool pizza with bacon, avocado, feta, and spinach for collection. However, when I arrived home and opened the pizza box, I found that the avocado was brown. I called the store again and they asked me to bring the pizza back. When I returned with the pizza and requested a refund, the cashier refused. The owner, Danella Dotan, instructed the cashier , over the phone ,not to give me a refund because I had taken too long to collect the pizza. She said they could only replace it for me. I asked to speak to the owner directly, but she refused t talk to me, instead hiding behind the cashier.

I waited for almost 30 minutes for a resolution, but they still refused to give me a refund. I left without the pizza and without a refund. I feel like I have been robbed by More, and I am extremely disappointed by the attitude of the owner, Danella Dotan

I want to clarify that I collected my order just 12 minutes later after it was supposed to done . I have ordered pizzas with avo many times , some deliveries that took over an hour to arrive and have never received brown avo. it's impossible for an avocado to turn brown in such a short period of time. I was surprised by this underrated gem. We had a pleasant, shady spot outside where our little dog was welcome. The service was excellent. They offer a breakfast that includes eggs and bacon, with either a croissant or sourdough bread. You can also order any of the treats inside including gelato. Both the almond and plain croissant were very fresh and thoroughly enjoyed. I explored their sushi menu, since I noticed the salmon being freshly prepared through the window. Their platters are reasonably priced by Knysna standards, and it's beautifully presented. I can also appreciate that they serve their food and drinks in sustainable containers.

MORE is an eternal treat. I go there regularly, whether for simple coffee or more regularly for their irresistible almond croissants. Though there is always a surfeit of goodies. Perhaps equal to their culinary offerings is MORE's staff: fun, diligent and professional. This delicatessen is a huge plus for people like myself who live on the island as well as Knysna residents...
