Crawdaddy's Restaurant — Restaurant in Greater Tzaneen Local Municipality

What a horrible experience. Service was non existent. Drinks orders was a beer, orange juice and coffee milkshake. The wrong milkshake was brought to the table and only when the other 2 drinks where already half. The lady that brought the milkshake was visibly irritated when we told her it was the wrong flavor. We had to ask manament to take our food order as our waiter never came back to the table. The manager approached a waiter to assist us, whom told him that he had already cashed up. We ordered starters when we eventually had a waiter willng to assist us. We waited an hour for the food, after which we dediced we'll skip the mains as we don't want wait another hour. My dad order the Calamari which was cold and rubbery. My mom order the Mussel Pot, which arrived luke warm, taste was good. I ordered the Jalepeno Torpedos, with which nothing was wrong, however just not to my liking. Overall it was a horrible experience especially as we frequented this establishment 2 years ago and was looking forward to the same experience. This restaurant has clearly not maintained its service and food quality. This experience has left such a bitter taste in our mouths, that we will never go back, even if there is a change...

what a disappointing service. my friends and i went to Crawdaddys to have lunch n enjoy ourselves. we sat at the bar. we were served by Godfrey (the complain is not about him, his service was good). we were being served food and drinks. they were playing music and it was a beautiful atmosphere, until some guy came with his friend and said he wanted to watch soccer with audio, without consulting us... the supervisor (Payas) stopped the music. when we consultated his answer was he cannot do anything about it. further more William the other waiter who wasn't serving us said to other customers that "re a lapisa" when they wanted to know why we were asking to speak to the supervisor.

Very rude individuals who only cares about those who are dear to them... service is based on the face (who you are).

my family and I always preferred Crawdaddys... no more! ive been treated like my money is not worthy.

We asked to speak to someone who can give us answers... we were promised that the manager will come to speak to us. We waited from 15h50 till we settled the bill after 17h00...

I had a very bad experience with the waiter and bar personnel who wr serving me today on the 18 August 2024 at Tzaneen crawdaddys but the manager on duty tried all her best to calm me down .The service was really bad i ended up not ordering and decided on macdonalds and kfc drive-thru.After being a loyal customer of crawdaddy’s for the past 11 years I doubt I will ever set my foot at crawdaddy’s I celebrated all my son’s birthdays at crawdaddys since he was two years old and todays he’s 10years old evn his 10th year birthday was celebrated there but never got such a bad experience,the particular waiter continued dancing and singing around us as if everything is fine,the bar ladies who called each other skoni convinced each other that I took a photo from internet while I was complaining about the presentation of my cocktail while it’s my previous cocktails that I took with my iPhone 15 promax just because I am a black person they judged me and started making...
