We've often gotten take aways from Calzones, but last night we decided to dine in. It was lovely. We sat upstairs. There is a low beam up there - mind your head! But it has a cute and cozy ambience. Calzones doesn't have a liquor licence, but we were allowed to order wine from the restaurant next door. Our server told us that we can take our own wine next time; they don't charge a corkage fee. I had an absolutely amazing calzone at Calzones on the South Coast! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The crust was golden and crispy on the outside with a perfectly soft inside, and the filling was generous and delicious. You can tell they put real care into the quality. We were on the south coast to visit my Dad on the weekend of the 4,5 of July 2025. I was looking for a cozy little place to have a meal and also celebrate our engagement.

The 2 ladies that worked that evening the 5th of July 25, just made out evening amazing. The service we received was of top class, and they were extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend Calzones pizzarea any day of the week.
