09 September. Worst manager..Today 09 September at 13h50,I walked towards your menu board to read the salad menu. As I unexpectedly decided to come eat at your branch in 397 Christ Hani Road..I was first told that you don't store PRINTED MENUS, so people with sighted problems can not read the menus till standing in front of a teller. SO I HAVE TO walk in with a pre ordered dish in my mind. YOUR SO CALLED FRIENDLY HELPFUL MANAGER on duty called QUEEN, indeed showed that she is the QUEEN of bad inexperienced, foul customer service,.AGAIN I WAS STOPPED to walk closer to a menu indicating SALADS and Queen Stopped me going closer, saying that I am not allowed. Apon me explaining why, she told me she can assist me.I explained to her, she can not as I need to see what is in the salad as I may not ear or do what in my salad,she insisted SHE WILL DECIDE WHAT I WILL HAVE as a salad. If I was not with people who decided to eat here I would have left. Your franchise will certainly NEVER see me again. Read moreI did an order via Uber eats for 5 spicey fried wings that was advertised as full wings as picture below showed .When i received my order,I was shocked to have paid R88 with delivery for something that could be eaten in one bite. Prior to ordering i did chat to someone on WhatsApp from the store when I inquired about the wings and whether it had been the same crispy crunchy spicy wings ,the person replied yes ,giving me assurance that the wings are still the same as before .I complained via WhatsApp the same time I received my order .Someone replied they will ask their head office to contact me .I waited a few days thinking they might be really busy i will give them a day or 2 more. When I contacted them on WhatsApp yet again asking what had happened and no one has contacted me ,they just read and do not reply .Customer service should be a priority in this business especially when it comes to fast foods.Very disappointed and would highly recommend people to fall for pictures that's on websites and delivery apps. Because you will indeed be disappointed in what you received ...The wings was actually smaller than my four fingers...
Read moreI ordered the full family pack and a separate full chicken, which I asked them for Hot . When I opened the chicken at home, it was plain dry chicken now a drop of sauce on it and it certainly was not hot, just plain chicken with no flavouring. I was totally disappointed as Kolays is losing its touch, where it served chicken with enough sauce that you didnt need to put more. If I had the time I would have went to return and ask for a refund as I paid R350 for it, but was having a small birthday party. Please kolays you are going to lose business big time if you continue this way. You are moving away from the concept of Kolays that you first started and prices have sky rocketed.
