First time we’ve been. We look for areas with kiddies play areas. Play area is great with a few activities for kids, even a softer play area for 0-4 yr olds though some items are missing pieces and parts. The two areas are partially connected so siblings can cross play if quiet. On arrival it’s hard to find the entrance. It’s the second white fence panel with the no smoking sign on it. It needs an entrance sign. There’s another access from the far side with a similar gate. Neither are auto closing so keep an eye on kids if they tend to wander as both open directly onto parking and then the street which is relatively quiet been in a residential area. Food that we had was mostly fine. We had gone specifically for tea and cake but by 09:15 they had run/sold out of cake already. Ice coffee was nice as were other coffees. Ham and two cheese toastie was lovely. Curly fries were better than the slender fries which may just have been a tad old. Kids had fun and tried every activity. Parking is one way angled bays but on quiet days only one gate is open so need to reverse back out. Seating is either on grass and open to sky with umbrellas at wooden picnic style tables with bench seats or under clear sheeted roof or inside at square restaurant style tables and individual seats. There is an old fig tree yes. It’s part of / connected to Grace family church and seems a few regulars who knew each other visit often. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Lovely little neighbourhood coffee shop. Good selection of fresh yummy baked goods - I loved the muffins. And the little play area is great to keep kids entertained. Only downside is it is only open during the week.

It was quiet when I visited. It was clean. Very laid-back feel. The coffee was decent. The location was easy to find.

Stunning little coffee shop literally under a tree that serves the most delicious meals and divine coffee. Quite and serene to have that business meeting or a mid day snack with the grandkids. Safe and secure playarea equipped with a sand pit and jungle gym. Wheelchair accessible and ample safe parking. Customers are offered a complimentary package with the fig tree Branding of home made compost. Staff are very friendly and professional. Will definitely recommend one to experience tranquility and coffee if...

Super friendly staff, nice seating in or outdoors and the coffee, milkshakes and toasted sandwiches are good. Food takes a while, so order when you get there and enjoy the company or book you brought with. The portions of chips/fries are the one thing I will complain about, a side with a sandwich was literally 5 fries and a portion on its own, for R25, is 8 fries. We will be back, but not for...
