3 weeks later, still hasn't been resolved!
I came at the store and used the self-service machine. When I paid for my order the money came out of my account but the order never registered. I told Mzwandile the staff member working there of what had transpired and he advised that it has happened before, they'll contact me in 48 hours and I was to let them know if the money was reversed to my account. Until today this has not been sorted. I've always been the one initiating contact. No one has given me any feedback as to what's going. All I get is " our team will be in touch " which never happens. This was last month on the 25-26th. I am very disappointed as to how this was handled and the experience been absolutely terrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this branch and it was my first and last time going to it. Basically took my money and never rendered any service....
