KFC The Islands — Restaurant in Madibeng Local Municipality

Edit 1: 2 visits in 3 days makes me wonder why I waste my time with this KFC. On Monday morning, they didn't have any Cappy juices for the breakfasts.

Tonight, Wednesday 20 Dec, went to get an ice cream. Waited for 20 minutes in the Drive Thru and didn't move a mm. Fortunately could get out. Went inside and again nobody is getting their order. What were the staff doing? The one lady was playing on her cell phone while her colleague was supposedly taking orders for the Drive Thru. But since the Drive Thru wasn't moving, she also wasn't doing anything.

Pathetic staff, poor food quality, lack of cleanliness... Worst KFC I've ever been to (and there have been some stinkers)

Version 1: Completely understaffed and the staff that is there doesn't use gloves. All our food was prepared with their bare hands - the chicken, the buns (Gross) So I cancelled my order and demanded a refund.

Only after I caused a scene did they bother to put on gloves and prepare the food with any...

The worst Kfc experiance i ever had.15 Oct 21 around 3:30pm. When i got there staff was in their own world, there was more then 3 people just sitting and chatting in the office.i had to greet a cashier twice to get her back to earth. I ordered went to spar and came back for my order. When i arrived, 2 people where waiting for drinks for over 8min, 3 staff members where making drinks, why 3? No 1 was at the till, a girl was waiting for over 10min for someome to help to place a order. My food was ready i could see it but it never went from "preparing to come get". After waiting for 15min, remember this is after coming from spar, all 3 orders including mine never reached "come and get" it just got deleted. When i confronted the cashier MAMOKETSE she denied it. Yet im standing and seeing whats happening. She was so rude to me and told me she doesn't care if i report her. What kind of business are you...

My husband and I had an incredibly frustrating experience when we went to get ice cream. We waited for 25 minutes just for a basic cone, and the couple in front of us experienced a similar frustration, waiting over 30 minutes for their orders. The delay was caused by a car ahead waiting for food. What bothers me the most is that the staff didn't suggest the person waiting for food to move to the parking lot, allowing us to get our ice creams sooner. When we eventually went out to address it, the staff treated us with attitude. To make matters worse, the ice creams we finally received were watery with a terrible aftertaste, that we had to return them for a refund. Despite giving this KFC the benefit of the doubt, we consistently end up disappointed. In my honest opinion, the establishment should consider...
