Lovely welcoming but things went down when I ordered Hotpot Grande meal ..Hot flavor..they gave me mild .. ... with no spoon..I had to run around looking for a spoon ..I was ignored until this lovely gentleman came to my rescue ... they didn't give us a fork to eat the chips with ...no straws to drink from our glasses with ...the onions inside the Pull Wrap were undercooked .... they take ages to take your order like yoh 😒 😭 bad experience I had and I love Nandos..after today I doubt I'd ever come back here 🤞🏿💔 ..they're busy cleaning the ventilation systems whilst we're still inside the restaurant...the...

I did pop in to get myself some meal,and refreshments, for food i was happy i got them on time,but with refreshments it was another story,i had to call the waitress to only tell me that she thought i got my drinks,she then went back to make some,she then later came back and said they were sorry they ran out of ice.

My question is had i not asked the lady about my drinks for how long was i going to wait for them,en i requested they call me the manager,of he said he was only going to sent someone to go buy ice at the garage,i had to wait again...

They advertise having the vegan options available, but don't seem to stock the vegan perinaise sauce for some reason.
