Panarottis Village Mall — Restaurant in Madibeng Local Municipality

Went in to have supper with my husband last night and was extremely disappointed. We arrived at 16:00 and were not seen to until around 16:56. Multiple people had walked in after us and were seen to and had already been served their food before anyone even came to take our drinks order. At 16:30 after waiting half an hour my husband got up and spoke to a waitress to request that our order be taken, she said she would be with us shortly yet never came back to take our order and continued to serve other people who had arrived after us. at 16:50 I decided to get up to find someone else to take our order and was told i’d be seen to shortly. At 16:56 we were finally seen to by a waitress with blond hair who took our order, if it was not for her we would have walked out. Very disappointed in the service we’ve received, i’m not sure why we had to wait almost an hour to be seen to but we will not...

Disappointing Experience - Food Poisoning and Poor Quality

I'm extremely disappointed and upset after dining at Panarottis Village Mall 2 days ago. Unfortunately, the pizza caused me severe food poisoning, leading to a second day of discomfort and running stomach.

While the food tasted decent initially, the aftermath was horrific. I was expecting an enjoyable meal, but what I got was a painful and exhausting experience.

They need to revamp their food safety protocols and quality control. It's a shame because I had high hopes for a great pizza spot.

For now, I'll be staying away and hope it'll get fixed so others don't get to experience the same.

Love the pizza. Service on outside terrace leaves much to be desired. The music is always to loud especially at night, as to no music on other days. Thursday nights are a terrible experience of noise even outside as they have a speaker outside that plays music so loud that you cannot sit outside even at the neighbouring restaurants. Its like eating at dicey venue in a creepy area with gangsters and other strange happenings... hahaha but yes the centre management needs to deal with that outside speaker! In summer it would be lovely to eat outside and not be driven to distraction by the pathetic one cd playing ad nauseoum repeats at 106 decibels or whatever horrible level it...
