Roman's Pizza Brits — Restaurant in Madibeng Local Municipality

On a bright and easy Sunday morning, I'm driving with my family when my 7 year old nephew asks for pizza and I pull up to this Romans in Brits. We leave everybody in the car and both walk in. He asks for a large beef and to drink he wants Pepsi. I order for him a large and a buddy Pepsi. While we are seated and waiting I notice below the counter that there's a special where you can add R10 to a large pizza and get 2L Pepsi and the cashier failed to alert me to the special (incompetent). This guy's name is David. When I approached him about this he just acted less than welcoming, to say the least. Apart from the constantly ringing telephone that was being deliberately ignored, the other cashier was simply standing there smiling at her cellphone screen. This shop spoiled my morning and I'm never setting foot there again. Oh and I saw an email address behind the desk and immediately sent one. This morning I received an email asking me about the order number and why on earth would I keep a till slip from a horrible experience? This is exactly why these things never...

Ordered pizza online 07/12/2022 17:13. Paid for delivery (R 40.00) The online option to pick your address is not fully functional. It only gives you the option for the physical street address , and not the option for comments to mention you live in a estate etc. So the driver phoned us 18:04 with no sense of direction and knowledge about the area. Had to explain three times where to go. They don't listen , you ask them a question and they reply ''okay'' ? They don't even understand you. Finally he came to our house @ 18:36 (hour and 15 mins later) with our pizza. When we were busy with the payment process , he asked.. NO TIP ?? So arrogant! Late delivery and expect a tip.. When we opened the boxes , it looked like the pizza rolled or fell. All the avo was only on one slice. AND the pizza slices were so poorly sliced. One huge piece and another small one. The pizza was cold as well. The avo went black before it reached us.. definitely the worst service ever!

Please make more effort with delivery guys , help them and teach them the basics before they do...

On a normal day I love Roman's pizza but today was the worst day.. It's my husband's birthday and thought I could buy him a light lunch, I ordered telephonic ally a chicken salad which he went to collect. only to find to find all the other ingredients were there except for the chicken I phoned the shop they asked how far are we luckily he was still around, I asked him to go back so that they can see how to resolve the issue... I apparently on arrival the cashier opened the remaining salad looked for chicken piece and apparently found some... How can someone drive from Elandsrand to brits using his own time and petrol just for chicken pieces? And to be told that even if we don't ever buy there they don't care!!! This is the worst service ever... I like writing reviews for places I visit but the shop owner needs to know that the staff is killing the business with poor service and an unapologetic attitude... When I pay I want to pay for value for money.. I would like a feedback...
