Roman's Pizza Hartbeespoort — Restaurant in Madibeng Local Municipality

Call took 8min to answer !The order was for one large Hawaiian pizza thin base , the second one was a four in one thick base ! Order no 78 . ON arrival the order was there but five women was at the counter ! When I checked the box the four in one was thin base ! Thats when it all got lost! So I said no. There is a mistake it should be thick base ! Please make a new one . Then from the counter it came they are out of thick bases ! So then I refused to pay for that pizza and then offered to pay for Hawaiian The supper viser came back from the spar in the shopping center! She enquired about it and then said no problem 20 min for new oder to be made ! While I was sitting waiting for my second order to be made ! The sold 3 more thick base pizzas ....

I ordered 2 large pizzas at Hartbeespoort Romans Pizza on 10th April 2024. I had to wait 30 minutes, which l realised was due to a busy hour. (They told me it would take 20 minutes). Once at home, both pizzas'thin based crusts were still raw (chicken mayo and bacon, avo and feta) while the avos were also very hard, not even starting to ripe. This is the worst experience I've ever had and won't support ANY Romans Pizza again!! Total waste of R239,70!! Whish l could give zero stars!!! Rita Burgers Serene Estate...

To save myself some time I placed my order online, got there and the cashier doesn't even acknowledge me, she just continued browsing on her cellphone. I then proceeded to ask for my order, get the pizza but not my drinks...I showed her my order and said I am missing drinks (two cream soda's) she goes to the fridge and hands me two coke zero's (not what I ordered) she was at least polite when I said no, not coke but cream soda's - positive...the...
