Panarottis Matlosana Mall — Restaurant in Matlosana Local Municipality

myself and my wife had supper this evening at panarotis matlosana mall . we had the most uncomfortable experience tonight and we often dine there . we had 2 cooldrinks we had left over and went inside with ,we let our waiter know and she was okay with it and provided glasses ,so we thought it wouldnt be a problem . we sat down to eat and eventually the food came as were eating a group of waiters kept staring at us and was talking about us amongst themselves which made us really uneasy as we didnt understand why ,our waiter then came we let her know and she went to inform the manager ,all we were told was that they would stop and they wouldnt let us know what they were discussing about us and made it clear it was about us . the manager then came over and said it was about the cooldrinks . we did not like how it was handled ,it was easy to come over to us and let us know it was not allowed rather than make us uneasy and uncomfortable by discussing us and staring . our waiter was really nice and helpful about it . but i definitely will not be going back after how things were handled ,and it was our go to place...

Service is really inadequate and below what I believe Panarottis to be. Management never greet nor ask how things are. Staff shouting at a distance to one another. Lots of noise from staff in the background. 2nd time I have ordered the same pizza and in both occasions the pizza is not presented the same nor tastes the same. Both occasions I have had an upset tummy. Be careful of Panarottis Matlosana Mall..

Service shit... Not sure what's going on with the Management. Not enough staff on a Saturday ( Payday ) Waited to be seated and was like we were completely invisible as other people were seated before us, yet we were waiting and there first. Milkshake warm, pizza cold and definitely not the Panarottis standard... Quality of food has definitely gone from 10/10 to 2/10. Think the Manager needs a...

The food, as always is really good. The service was atrocious. I worked in the restaurant industry for a good few years and the kind of things that would have gotten us fired are just accepted as the norm it seems. Empty glasses stay on the table while everyone, managers included, walk by obviously not caring. Our waitron disappeared for times and was likely at our table a grand total of 4 times. I am, having been in the industry, a very good tipper. Today I was not. Managers, waitrons and trainees walk past our table, see empty glasses, cans and plates - all the while turning a blind eye. I may be overly harsh and very adamant on the basics being done right, but if not for the food quality I doubt I would ever go...
