Ordered last week friday double ribs and it was the best. This week decided to order again, and the cut was so bad. Couldnt get meat from the bones and struggled to cut through the individual ribs. As this is one of the most expensive items on the menu, you expect quality.

This was the absolute worst steers experience of my whole entire existence on the face of this planet. That experience was so horrendous that it not only put me off from that particular branch but I have only been back to a Steers once and that was only because of a lack of options and because I WAS NOT the one paying! The Service was death and the wait was ridiculously long! A mini riot was on the verge of breaking out that fateful day! I really hope the franchisors do something about this Steers outlet because this kind of service is sure to bring...

I ordered after an hour of waiting no updates called the store they dont hava a clue of my order so its order and pray you recieve something. Your better off driving to a store to order

20h17 22 dec 2024 I will not give you my details If you just called the manager or whoever is in charge of the delivery orders you will probably find my details if you want to get in touch How many orders failed today if you cant find my details. I will never order from this branch of steers again this was the second time this happened to me...

I ordered a takeaway Wacky Wednesday as i work in Stilfontein on the N12 and from placing the order to enjoying the amazing burgers . I really must commend Steers Matlosana, great service(who ever took my order thank you) the turnaround time was great and an even bigger thank you for a burger that not only looked great but tasted absolutely delicious!

Steers you have a great team at Matlosana.
